Rasheed is a highly versatile finance professional with over 15 years of experience across accounting, auditing, and financial management. Known for his analytical mindset and leadership, he is driven by excellence and continuous improvement.

He began his career in accounting and audit, progressing to Assistant Manager and Head of Financial Reporting at Zenith General Insurance. He later became Senior Manager and Financial Controller at FIN Insurance Limited, leading key financial operations and reporting.

In 2018, Rasheed joined NSIA Insurance as Head of Finance, where he oversees financial reporting, performance management, investments, compliance, tax, audit coordination, and enterprise risk.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Master’s in Risk Management from the University of Lagos. He earned the DipIFR from ACCA UK, and is a Fellow of ICAN and a member of multiple professional bodies.

Outside of work, Rasheed enjoys reading and playing table tennis. He is happily married and values growth, family, and personal development.
