Folayemi is the Head of Human Capital Management at NSIA Insurance, a role she has held since March 2018. She brings over 15 years of experience from the Telecommunications and Agricultural sectors, specializing in HR strategy and people development.

She began her career in 2002 with Econet Wireless, Nigeria’s first GSM operator, and held key roles through its transitions to VMobile, Celtel, Zain, and Airtel. Over 14 years, she contributed to change management, restructuring, and talent development.

In 2016, she joined The Wicklow Group, an agricultural holding company, as Head of Corporate Services, before moving to NSIA.

Folayemi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University, and is a GPHR, SPHRi, and SHRM-SCP certified professional. She is a licensed HR practitioner and full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM).
