Yes, you can buy insurance policies, view available products, and get quotes directly on the app.
? Can I file a claim using the Mobile App?
Absolutely. Go to the “Report Claims” section on the app and follow the prompts to submit your claim.
? How do I log in to the Customer Portal?
Use your Insured ID/Username and Password.
▣ First-time customers: Your login details are sent via email after your first purchase.
▣ Existing customers: Use your previous login details. If forgotten, click “Forgot Password” on the app to reset it.
? How do I access other portals like the Broker, Marine, or Group Life Portal?
▣ Broker Portal: Available to active NSIA brokers. Log in via the Broker Portal tab using your Username and Password.
▣ Marine Portal & Group Life Portal: Log in via their respective sections in the app. Profiling is required before access; contact Customer Service for assistance.
? Is my personal and payment information secure on the app?
Yes. The app uses industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. Regular audits and updates are conducted to ensure sustained security.
